SysMoney Privacy Policy

1. Introduction & Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the SysMoney software platform, including our Web SaaS application, iOS native application (Apple App Store), Android native application (Google Play Store), and related APIs (collectively, the “Service”).

SysMoney operates as a Private Lending Ledger Utility. When lenders (“Users”) record loan contracts, customer contact details, and payment histories, SysMoney acts as a secure data processor operating strictly under the instructions of the registered lender.

2. Information We Collect

• Account & Profile Information: Name, email address, password hash, phone number, and operating currencies (GBP, BRL, USD, EUR) provided during registration.
• Borrower & Ledger Data: Customer details entered by lenders (names, phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, national ID identifiers like CPF/RG or NIN, and loan contract terms).
• Financial Ledger Records: Loan principals, amortization schedules, payment receipts, late fee records, and treasury accounts.
• Technical & Diagnostic Data: IP address, device operating system version, browser type, crash analytics, and security event logs to maintain service availability and prevent fraud.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

We process collected information for the following legitimate purposes:

• To provide, calculate, and synchronize amortization schedules and loan ledgers.
• To dispatch transactional receipts and reminder notifications via email and WhatsApp upon user instruction.
• To ensure multi-tenant security, prevent unauthorized access, and protect user financial assets.
• To comply with statutory legal and accounting obligations in the United Kingdom and Brazil.

4. Security & Cryptographic Protection

We implement industry-standard security safeguards. All database records are stored in high-security data centers with AES-256 encryption at rest. All network communications between our mobile apps, web interfaces, and servers are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3.

We enforce strict multi-tenant Row Level Security (RLS) ensuring absolute isolation between different lenders.

5. User Rights (UK GDPR & Brazil LGPD)

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), you have the right to:

• Access & Portability: Request a full export of your lending data and ledger history.
• Rectification: Correct or update any inaccurate personal or business records.
• Erasure / Account Deletion: Request complete permanent deletion of your account and all associated borrower contracts.

6. Account Deletion & Data Retention

In full compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play User Data Safety Policy, users can delete their account directly within the app or submit a deletion request via our public portal at /account-deletion.

Upon verified deletion, all customer records, contracts, amortization schedules, and credentials are permanently purged from our primary databases within 24 hours.
